“A fabulous carer and a 5-star service!”
“ I wanted to sing the praises of Leona, the amazing carer who's been looking after my mum for the past three years. Mum has dementia, and Leona has been an absolute lifesaver.
She always goes the extra mile, doing so much more than just the basics. Besides helping mum with things like showers and getting dressed, she's always thinking of ways to make her life easier. She plans delicious meals, keeps the house clean, tidy and organised, and attends to mums shopping needs, as well as finding time to take mum out if the weather is nice – it's a huge relief for the whole family, and Leona has become a good friend to us all.
Leona is so kind and patient with mum, and she always has a smile on her face. She's really skilled at what she does, and she always makes sure that mum feels comfortable and safe.
Thanks to Leona, my mum has been able to stay in her own home for much longer than we thought possible. I can't recommend her highly enough - thank you ever so much, you’re a superstar! ”
